Please join us for a special meeting of the meeting with the NES/OSA. Our guest will be Professor Donna Strickland, University of Waterloo, in conversation with Stephen D. Fantone, Optikos and Katherine Calabro, Synopsys. Dr. Strickland is an optical physicist and pioneer in the field of pulsed lasers. She was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 2018, together with Gérard Mourou, for the invention of chirped pulse amplification. Reservations
Dinner & Meeting reservations must be made by Tuesday, 19 May 2020 at 6pm. We can no longer accept dinner reservations after this cutoff.
Meeting-Only registrations are appreciated by Wednesday, 20 May 2020 . Walk-ins are acceptable for the meeting-only.
Reservations can be made via the "Click to sign up" button above or by leaving a message on our Google Voice mailbox at (617) 454-4693.
When making reservation via voicemail, please provide the following information for each guest:
- Dinner & Meeting or Meeting-Only
- Name
- Affiliation (Company, School, retired, etc.)
- NES/OSA Membership Status
- Daytime phone number where you can be reached (in case of change or cancellation)

Cancellations
If the meeting must be cancelled for any reason, we will try to call you at the phone number you leave with your reservation.
No-Shows
We have to pay for the dinners reserved as of the Tuesday before the meeting, so no-shows eat into our cash reserve. If you will not be able to attend, please let us know as early as possible.
